1. What we guarantee

If eMarketing Professional does not deliver all eight deliverables listed below within 14 business days of kickoff, you may request a full refund of your build fee. Kickoff is the day after we receive your signed agreement, your payment, and your completed intake form.

2. The eight deliverables

  1. Branded agency website on your domain
  2. Sales funnel (landing page, lead capture, follow-up sequence)
  3. Configured CRM with pipeline, calendar, and email/SMS automations
  4. Niche and offer positioning document
  5. Cold outreach scripts (email and DM sequences)
  6. Ad templates for your service offer
  7. Sales call script with objection handling
  8. 30-day launch plan and full handover of credentials

3. The 30-day fix window

For 30 days after handover, we fix any deliverable that is broken or does not match the agreed specification, free of charge. This covers defects, not new feature requests or scope changes.

4. What we don't guarantee

We do not guarantee revenue, clients, or income of any kind. Your results depend on your effort, your market, and your execution. We believe anyone selling an agency build with an income promise is misleading you — and in the US, unsubstantiated earnings claims can violate FTC rules.

5. Your side of the timeline

The 14-day clock assumes you respond to the two feedback checkpoints and the positioning approval within 2 business days each. Days spent waiting on your response beyond that pause the clock; they don't void the guarantee.

6. How to claim

Email [email] within 7 days of the missed deadline with the subject "Guarantee claim." We confirm receipt within 2 business days and refund within 10 business days. No forms, no qualifying calls.

7. The one exclusion

The guarantee doesn't apply if the delay is caused by you abandoning the project (no response for 14+ consecutive days) or requesting scope changes mid-build. That's the only exclusion. There is no "if you qualify."
